The order amount does not include taxes related to clothing accord differert regions. For any questions, please contact  customer service.
Due to the current special situation in Russia, the delivery time of the goods will take about 3 weeks. Other countries usually 4-7 days.

Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping on the Permino website.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Dance dress for sale in stock
You can issue a return request within 7 days after receiving the items. 
The goods need to be unworn,  unwashed, and without any perfume or deodorant smell  
the goods have quality issues, we will replace the goods for free, and cover the return shipping fee. 

Dance dress tailored to your requirements
We will not provide a return or exchange service after we determine to customize the service for you (according to your specific modification requirements, size information, special materials, etc.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
 
*The Goods were received in the last 7 days.
*The Goods are in the original packaging.
 
The following Goods cannot be returned:
   
*Goods which have been worn or washed.
*Goods with tags removed.
*Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
*Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
*Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. 
*Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
 
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. 

Returning Goods
 
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the agreed upon address confirmed by the customer service.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
