A: We have a very detailed measurement chart. If you fill in the chart paying attention to all the simple indications, we will able to create the perfect costume. In case of possible mistakes, we are always at your disposal for modifications or corrections.
Q: CAN I ORDER A DRESS FROM ABROAD?
A: Yes, we ship all over the world ,every order is free shipfee and shipping is trackable.
Q: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY COSTUME?
A: We accept payments by bank transfer and Paypal. We will provide you our bank data or you can sign in the Vip Area and you will get them automatically.

A-1: Delivery time is agreed with the customer, as much as we can. Since the costumes are hand made, we would like to get soon the measurement chart completed and prompt replies after sending the sketch.
A-2: The costumes （ready-wear） will be delivery in 1-2days by Express which is the fastest way.
Q: HOW CAN I GET MY DRESS COSTUMES?
A: We ship our dresses by express courier all over the world. Shipping is safe, trackable and fast. From the shipping moment, it will take 24-48 hours for the delivery in China. As regards shipping abroad, it is possible 5-7 days.
Q: HOW CAN I WASH A DRESS?
A: We are used to choose the best fabrics, examine the most suitable techniques and machines to get the best hold of stones. Almost all dresses need wash gently. Please, contact us for further information.
Q: I GET MY DRESS COSTUME BUT I DON'T LIKE IT. HOW CAN I DO?
A: Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to understand the reason and agree on the adjustments. In some cases, we can change the dress with another one.
